(KOAM) -- Joplin community members and city leaders roll over to Dover Park for the groundbreaking of a new outdoor recreation area.The project known as DORA, for Dover Outdoor Recreation Area, was funding by the city's parks and stormwater sales tax and hotel tax revenue.DORA will feature a bicycle single track, BMX pump track, children's playground, and skills features.
