21 years and one masterplan later, Rock Solid Trails Foreman Kyle Copeland is leading trail construction at Legacy Park, the site of the former Seven Mile Property.
This property is being transformed into a City Park that will host 17.5 miles of Multi-Use, Hiking, and Biking optimized Trails, alongside an Essential Services Complex; home to a Fire Station, Public Safety Headquarters, and Public Works Headquarters.
