Virginia “Ginny” Brady

A Mississippi native, Ginny grew up riding horses, playing sports and exploring the outdoors, so naturally she developed a passion for mountain biking after she moved to Bentonville, AR and discovered all of the adventures offered by the trails. She also became a certified ride leader and BICP Level 1 coach so that she could share her love of the sport with other people and help them gain confidence on the bike.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in English and French and a Master of Arts in French from Mississippi State University, Ginny completed her Juris Doctor at Washington and Lee University. She joined the Rock Solid team in 2023, bringing more than a decade of diverse non-profit, legal and administrative experience to her role as the Contracts Administrator.

When Ginny isn’t working or ripping the trails, you’ll probably find her heckling at bike events or hanging out with her husband and one of their three rescue pups at the Gear Garden in Blowing Springs Park.
