Roelof 'Rudy' Swanepoel

Roelof Swanepoel or as we call him ‘Rudy’ is our HR Guy and originally grew up in South Africa. Having this position is relatively new for us but it is much needed with our growing employee base and he takes on everything Human Resource Management related at Rock Solid. Before working at Rock Solid, he recently ended a career in the US Marine Corps after 13 years and 9 months. Rudy is a fairly easy going individual with interests in wood working, roasting coffee, over landing, making kombucha, and baking bread. He did the coffee roasting for a living and can probably tell you more about coffee than you care to know. He has wonderful wife, a son and a 4 year old boxer dog named Xena. We are working on getting him back on a mountain bike soon so he can get out of the office and do flow checks with the crews!
