Kevin Sellers
Lead Foreman
Kevin Sellers from Lake of the Ozarks, MO is no stranger to hard work and adventure. Before working at Rock Solid, he owned his own construction company for 23 years, which specialized in on-site waste water tech, and owned and operated a commercial motocross track for 10 years in Missouri.
In the early 2000s he was only riding road bikes; that is until 2005 when a friend challenged him to mountain biking with the statement ‘mountain biking’s not for everyone’ leaving a permanent mark in his mind. He determined to change that! Speaking of his determined nature, he’s completed the world’s longest continuous kayak race…twice! He also volunteered to build and maintain 14 miles of single track in Lake of the Ozarks State Park.
Kevin regularly returns to Missouri to visit his amazing wife and daughter since starting at Rock Solid in the Spring 2019 at Mt. Nebo, AR. He became foreman in the Winter of '19-'20 back at Mount Nebo. Other projects he’s worked on include Split Rock Wilds, MN; Cuyuna, MN and East Bluff in Copper Harbor.
If you ever ride Split Rock Wilds you may come across the ‘Sellers’ trail which he led the build on. His favorite style of trail is hand-built backwoods single track with technical climbs and descents.
