Hayes Creek Run

Hayes Creek Run is named for the creek that begins on Mt Nebo and runs toward Lake Dardanelle. This downhill only trail drops 864 vertical feet over 2 miles.

Trail Details

The turns are steep with big berms, sometimes mandatory rock gardens in between to conquer. We always try and incorporate several alternate lines to keep things interesting. Look for gappable roller doubles as well. This trail has a steel bridge sculpture across Hayes Creek about 2/3 of the way down. There are beautiful views of Lake Dardanelle in the winter. There is a return trail for those who want to climb the mountain called Ox pull, or highway 155 which you can get your buddies to ride shuttles on.
